A new DESC for Eastleigh District!!

Eastleigh District are pleased to announce that as from the 1st January 2009, Phil Hallett has agreed to become the District Explorer Scout Commissioner for Eastleigh District.
Many of you already know Phil from his excellent work with the 7th Eastleigh and through out the District.
