This annual event was held on Saturday 8th November. The number of entries were up on previous years which led to a good competition.
The results were as follows:
Cubs Scouts overall – 8th Tuesday
Runners up – 1st
Cub Scouts relay – 8th Tuesday
Runners up – 1st
Scouts overall – 13th
Runners up – 7th
Scout Relay – 13th
Runner up 7th
Well done to all those who took part and a special mention must be made as to the true Scouting Spirit that was obvious throughout the evening. The support given from the poolside for every competitor, regardless of their team was superb is a credit to all.
Thank you, also, to those Explorers who turned up expecting a competition, which did not happen due to insufficient numbers needed to make a competition, but stayed on to help with the judging.
