Christmas is a special time for giving and there is nothing greater than giving the gift of life. Twelve young people have courageously put the skills that they have learnt in Scouting into dramatic effect to celebrate their own Twelve Days of Christmas. One of those 12 is 8-year-old Kerena Smith, a Cub at 14th Eastleigh.
Mayoral Centenary Presentation
Mayor of Eastleigh Councillor Pamela Holden-Brown welcomed the District into her Civic Offices Parlour at the end of November to receive a presentation to recognise our Centenary. Explorers Charlotte Walsh and James McCowan made a brief speech before handing over a large framed set of photographs that will be erected in the main thoroughfare of the Civic Offices.

Beavers meet Santa…
14th November saw the Beavers of Hampshire descend upon Paultons Park to see a very special visitor indeed! Yes, Father Christmas had taken a day off from getting ready for his busiest night of the year and came to the park to hear what the Beavers were putting into their letters for him.
Here are the reports and pictures from the 1st and the 4th.
